Rollerblading and Page Structure

Posted by Kevin Doak on Saturday at: 10:26pm (May 29th, 2010)

I took a day off swimming to Rollerblade at a local Metropark. My record for 3.1 hilly miles was 12:13 (I think, I have to look it up). Today, I 'bladed a 12:39. I tried to keep my body more upright because last time I almost collapsed from the strain I was putting on my lower back being bent forward for 10+ minutes straight. The theory helped my back a little but killed my time. I'm aiming at breaking the 10 minute mark this summer :)

The blog has a slightly different page structure. Hopefully somebody is noticing the cool features I'm adding. It's certainly not styled well yet, but the database integration is just plain great stuff. I can reference swims, attached to videos and photo galleries with ease. Each meet has it's own thumbnail art to identify it which links to the meet page. All stuff I've been meaning to do for a while. All content is searchable now

I'm back in the pool tomorrow!
