Back on track

After taking a week off for my back injury, It took me longer than it should have to get back on track to a daily training regiment.  I'm in the water daily and feeling better in the water.  My back is feeling much improved but I'm still not 100%.  I'm starting to benchmark my sets again, it's a great way for me to motivate myself and achieve some great times in formatted sets.
