Breaking down and taking some medicine

I almost never take any sort of medicine. I avoid it at all costs in fact. I just have no interest in putting anything in my body that doesn't have to be there.

This shoulder pain is kinda ticking me off. With the advice of a friend, I will be taking a reglar dose of ibuprofin to minimize the inflamation. I'm hoping it will have a chance to heal a little faster this way. We shall see
