Focused on Kicking

I began with a 600 swim and moved on to a 6 x 100's Kick.  I was feeling good so I moved my typical kick warmup interval from 1:40 to 1:30, the same as a normal animal kick.  I felt like I was barely working but going fast.  I ended up averaging 1:21 for the 6 of them.  I had a heart rate of 22 for 10 seconds, meaning I was barely working.  My kicking and abs are improving!
 
I had a solid 3,200 yard workout.  I was the only one in the pool, no distractions, just a great swim overall!  I'm the lowest weight I've been in a year!  I've dropped over 10lbs in the last few months!
