10Worlds Largest Pool makes it official

After unintentionally taking Saturday, Sunday and Monday off all forms of workouts I was back in the pool today for a good sprint workout. After doing Yoga last night I was a little sore today. I have to say I'm kinda hooked on the Yoga. It's now my favorite dryland workout. I still really struggle with some of the postures, but I'm getting much better at it across the board.
In international swimming news, the world's largest pool in San Alfonso del Mar resort at Algarrobo, on Chile's southern coast, just made it into the Guiness Book of World Records. It's 1,013 meters long , 115 feet deep and holds 66 million gallons of water. I think I've mentioned it before on this blog, but now it's officially the worlds largest by 863 meters!

I plan on swimming in it someday!
