Since my summer plans drastically changed I need to fill some time, and what better way than competing? I looked up some USA meets that were available and noticed that the ConocoPhillips World Champ Trials are in Indianapolis this year! I'm available for the meet so I figure what the heck.
Honestly I have no idea what I'm getting myself into. I need to do some research about the meet. The obvious parts are that I'm "Trying Out" to be on the World Champ Circuit of meets. Since everyone knows I'm the #1 Backstroker in the world, it's practically a certainty that I'll make the team, be traveling internationally for meets, and making gobs of money doing what I love.
Anyway, I'm just taking this as a meet for some great competition, I don't know what type of shape I'll be in during early July, but I'm excited to be a part of it if everything works out!
