31Taking the night off!

I had planned on watching the final session tonight but the combination of my hotel being 20 minutes from the pool, dealing with heavy construction areas, and the fact that I don't know anybody swimming this evening, I've decided to enjoy tonight away from everything. I have my video encoding from the 50 Free LCM time trial right now and should be available on the video page shortly.
About my 50 Free LCM:
- I had a decent start
- I had good speed for the first 25meters
- I breathed 3 times, I'm trying to get that down to 1 time.
- I felt like I was in slow motion, probably because I've been busy working and not training as much.
- The blocks were good and the pads seem ok
- Somebody almost false started so we were held up the first time
- Overall a decent race, just slower than normal
- I got absolutely RUINED by the guy next to me. I remember seeing his cap that read "Lundquist" and thinking that I've seen that name before. Turns out that it was "Brian Lundquist", five-time All-American, a four-time SEC Champion and an NCAA Champion. I think he finished strong at trials as well. Looking at the video he came up a BODYLENGTH ahead of me off the start and held his lead through the entire 50 meters. Oh, and he happened to be swimming butterfly, and finished in a 23.64. A time that most people would agree is a respectable 50 free!
