Last week I swam every day, two days achieving double workouts. This week is off to a great start as well. I feel motivated and I'm making time for my workouts. I've transitioned from aerobic workouts for weight loss to power workouts to improve my speed. This is huge progress. It's all about consistency. Keep it up.
