A flawless day at Fuller Pool

Regardless of where I stand in my training, I always make time to spend an hour or so at Fuller pool on a flawless summer day.  There's just something about staring up at the sun and clouds while swimming backstroke.  I packed in 2200 meters before stopping to help my friend Tim prepare for his first Triathalon.  I truly enjoy how coaching helps me further my understanding of swimming by teaching it.  I find myself deconstructing the stroke to help a swimmer understand how the body can move through the water best.
