Back in the water!

My apologies for the lack of updates. I made my less than glorious return to the pool back in January 2013. I have a well kept blog since thst time running on a new website framework. When i find 5 extra minutes in my schedule, I would like to launch it to update my friends and family about my swimming. until then, thanks for stopping by! I will be attending the 2013 USMS short course nationals in early May. Feels good to be back!
