That was a bad choice

I chose to try to swim a meet, and aim at some national/world records on 4 hours of sleep after a very long work day and 4 hours of driving.  I was falling asleep on my way to the meet, laid down and passed out twice on deck and had two really bad swims.  I scratched my last two swims and went home.  The whole day was a very bad decision on my part.  I'm beyond tired, my eyes are bloodshot and I'm literally falling asleep while writing this.
