A day off before a hard month

After a slow practice on Monday, I took Tuesday off to rest up.  I'm planning on swimming the Snik Grand Prix in exactly 1 month so I will be ramping up my workload to prepare for the meet, followed by the Michgan State Masters meet and Masters Short Course Nationals in AZ.  I'm not certain what I can accomplish in 30 days, but I'll be doing my best to balance work and allow a little more training time in the pool.  Back in the water tomorrow!
