2010 State Meet Day 2 Morning Session Results

I ended up getting a room in East Lansing but must have slept on my arm weird, my shoulder is pretty sore.

100 Fly - I wasn't really feeling up to it, but dove in and split a 23.45 going out but really fell apart the last 15 yards and took second to Saucedo with a 51.08. That time really wasn't that far off of last year's 50.88. I'm ok with that time.

200 Medley Relay - My shoulder was really bothering me before this race, I must have messed something up while doing a spin drill for backstroke. It's the type of injury that really only affects training, not racing. Anyway, I was ready to race this time and lead off in a 23.24 (better than my 50 back the day before). The guys all had good splits and we broke the pool record with a 1:33.73
