220 Frames Per Second Backstroke Starts

I did some super slow motion backstroke starts this past February in Brighton. I used a high speed camera to record my starts at 220 frames per second and then replay them at 30 frames per second for super slow motion. It's so slow that you can see the florescent lights blink!
