7Give me strength...

It's going to take everything I have to NOT go sledding over the next few days. I fully appreciate how ridiculous this sounds. I'm a 28 year old man and all I can think about when I look outside is the next possible moment I can go sledding. I only bring this up because it could potentially trash my meet on Sunday. Worst case, I would be risking injury or at the very least sore muscles.
Sledding is really the only thing I can think of (besides driving) that I feel is a worthy health risk. Skiing is dangerous, at least the type of skiing I do. I'm not involved in any other contact sports to worry about. Above all, I haven't been sledding in 5 years and it feels like forever. I'm just envisioning Kensington Metropark's sledding hill, hundreds of feet long with a fresh 4" of snow. I want to swim great, I hope I have the strength to avoid the fun in the snow!
However... next week... IT'S ON!
This morning I swam 2,250 yards before the pool closed, cutting my workout 750 yards short. Unfortunately the last 750 was my main set. I'll do P90X tonight to make up for it. This one is "Kempo" which is I assume a fancy word for some kickboxing type of workout. I love it though, it's exciting and fun to do, a great change from the norm.
