BEST "Animal Kick Set" to date!
I'm really feeling like I'm back in my groove :)
I decided to do an old fashoned "Animal Kick" which is composed of
10x100's Kick @ 1:30
To date, my best set was November 25th 2009 when I clocked an unexpected 1:13.2 average for all ten swims. Today, I'm proud to say that I'm probably in the best kicking shape OF MY LIFE! I demolished my previous personal best by 0.1 seconds with a personally impressive 1:13.1 average!

Although not a huge time drop, it represents to me that I'm making progress. I feel great and I'm training well. I'm beginning to do the things that worked really well for me in 2007. A 500-600 warmup, isolate legs, isolate arms, full body set. A total of 3,000-4,000 yards/meters.
