I'm especially disappointed with my 100 Backstroke. Once again, my legs totally failed me. My start and first 50 meters were solid, I would have prefered to be a 27 low instead of a 27 high going out, but I can really only blame my kicking endurance. I entirely believe it is what is holding me back from improving at this point. I'm confident that if my kick was stronger I would have had a best time today in the backstroke.

My freestyle was a lifetime best time. It was a solid swim but my kick failed and I lost time dragging my legs the last 25 meters, its obvious when watching the video.

400 medley relay
200 medley relay
