12Day 3 of Accomplishing NOTHING Athletic!

Alright, 3 days is about as much as I can handle. I'll probably hop in the pool or do a dryland workout tomorrow. The last 3 days have been really interesting from many angles:
- I eat like a normal person, perhaps as little as 3 meals a day
- I'm able to stay awake the entire day
- I think about working out more than a few times a day, partially guilt, partially just missing it
- I look at the clock and feel like I'm playing hooky from practice around 3pm
- I'm overwhelmed with a feeling of not accomplishing anything to further my swimming career
- I get quite a bit of extra work done by not exercising each day
