It's been a REALLY useless week for training. Between pool closings and personal things, I haven't been the water in 6 days. Today I made a change and began training again. I won't be in nearly the shape I had hoped to be for Lake Orion on the 10th. Oh well, life happens.
The good news is that I'm staying healthy and ready to bury myself in more training! A friend asked me if I had any New Year's resolutions. Swimming is really the only thing that crossed my mind. I want this to be the best year of my swimming career. If I make it a priority, I know I can make it a stellar year of swimming.
Driven by interest in a few of my youtube videos, I'm planning on creating some swimming tutorials. I love giving back to the swimming community!
