27Blogging convenience and The LZR Suit

I'm going to really enjoy posting on the road, before it involved lugging around my laptop to make a post for the world to enjoy, now its as easy as sending an email.
I'm up late because a took a nap of champions today. I'm all packed and ready to go to Omaha. It was a little bittersweet to clean out my locker at EMU today. Of course I'll be back soon, but this was the first time I've left it to swim in the Olympic Trials! I have everything I'll need. I've gone over my list many times, I have goggles and a backup race suit. I ordered a "LZR suit" from Speedo (the controversial one in the news). However, the ordering process involved emailing some random speedo employees email address with your suit size and just praying he gets the email. Not exactly what I would describe as a state of the art purchase process... Let's recap:
So Speedo develops the most amazing swim suit in the history of the world, integrating fluid dynamics studied alongside NASA and other companies, when released its worn during 20 world records within the first few months... then to order it you email some dude at speedo, no confirmation he ever received it.
What is this? 1997? I'm not impressed.
I'll be ready to swim fast whether I get one or not. I feel rested and ready to go. This will be an amazing experience!
