I was waiting for this day. Active Rest :)
I did pretty well, I was happy with my performance after a long week. I wish I was faster, The best I descended to in those 100's was a 1:11.5. The 50's were kinda ugly but I'm noticing improvements. My best was a 31.5. I have a long way to go.
