Notes: I was quite tired by this point in the meet, I KNOW I could have gone faster, it was a "mind over matter" issue... and my mind wasn't in it at all. I just felt like I was cruising, not racing. I saw Ryan to my left and revved it up, I ended up touching him out by 2 tenths. The fact that I had time to look over and make a decision to go faster is proof enough to me that I wasn't focused enough on the swimming itself.
